Christmas is a time for peace, goodwill and giving. Every year I look forward to these aspects of the season and yet every year, they feel more and more elusive. This year, I’ve decided to ditch the stress and take a slow, mindful approach.
Mindfulness is about slowing down, taking on less and then paying attention to the moments you’ve chosen to be in. When you give yourself over to being in those moments (rather than rushing around ‘doing’) it reminds you who you are and what really matters to you.
